The Brazilian company Madeplan Forestal S.A. has joined the Forestry Promotion Program, achieving the program’s first international alliance. The company has been established in Paraguay for ten years and has branches in the states of Paraná and São Paulo, Brazil.

Through the planting of eucalyptus trees, the Forestry Promotion Program aims to provide a business alternative for producers in the Paracel area of influence, as a strategy for income diversification.

The contract was signed by board members Agustín Alonso Zapag and Per Olofsson, while on behalf of Madeplan Forestal S.A., it was signed by the company’s president, Celso Mello.
