Agreement Signed Between Paracel and the Ministry of Children and Adolescents (MINNA)

Paracel and the Ministry of Children and Adolescents (Ministerio de la Niñez y la Adolescencia, MINNA) have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening actions to enhance the National System for the Protection and Comprehensive Promotion of Children and Adolescents, managed by MINNA, in the department of Concepción.

Paracel will invest resources to improve the infrastructure of the Codenis centers in order to support the specialized services these centers provide in the Concepción department.

Additionally, the plan includes activities for the general public, such as awareness workshops, talks, regional forums, community dialogues, and ongoing training sessions, thereby supporting the decentralization of services related to the promotion of these rights. The initiative also includes creating and disseminating awareness campaigns to inform and promote the rights of children and adolescents, as well as their families and communities.

In this context, Paracel and MINNA will continue to strengthen their partnership to enhance inter-institutional cooperation, with the goal of protecting the rights of children and adolescents.

The agreement was signed by the Minister of Children and Adolescents, Walter Gutiérrez, representing the state entity, along with Paracel’s Director of Communication and Social Sustainability, Latifi Chelala, and Director of Finance and Accounting, Marcos Kosman.
